1. Information we collect
We may collect account details such as email address, display name, language preference and account identifiers; project inputs such as stories, lyrics, prompts and reference images; generated outputs; HeartSong order and credit records when payments open; and technical information needed for security and reliability. To prevent free-trial abuse, we use a one-year browser identifier and retain only keyed, irreversible hashes of it and the request IP for risk checks. This does not permanently identify a physical device.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide and improve the requested creation tools, maintain accounts and HeartSong credit records, process future purchases and refunds, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failed jobs, provide support and comply with applicable legal obligations.
3. AI and service providers
When a feature relies on another provider, we share only the information needed to deliver it. These providers may include text, image, music, storage and authentication services. After paid checkout opens, Lemon Squeezy will act as merchant of record and process checkout, taxes and payment data. We may retain the order email, order ID, status and credit-delivery record, but we do not store complete payment-card details.
4. Storage and retention
Project metadata and account records may be stored in cloud databases, while generated media and uploaded files may be stored in object storage. Retention periods may vary by product, account status and legal requirements.
5. Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of eligible account information by contacting support@aicytk.com. Some records may be retained when required for fraud prevention, accounting, disputes or legal compliance.
6. Security and children
We apply reasonable safeguards, but no online service is completely secure. The platform is not intended for children below the minimum digital-consent age applicable in their jurisdiction without appropriate guardian authorization.
