1. The service
Huanzhu AI is an independently operated AI software product brand. HeartSong is the first planned paid product. Huanzhu Image Studio is a limited Beta with separate test limits; the business website and novel products are display-only and coming soon. We provide self-service software and digital outputs, not commissioned human creative services.
2. Accounts and credits
HeartSong credits apply only to HeartSong and are not shared with Image Studio or future products. One complete song generation uses 10 credits. New users receive 10 one-time promotional credits valid for 90 days. Paid credits are valid for 24 months, are used from the earliest-expiring balance first, and cannot be transferred, withdrawn for cash, or resold. Paid packs are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal.
3. User content and rights
You must have the right to submit all stories, lyrics, images, names, brands and other materials. You retain your rights in your original input. Rights in generated outputs may depend on applicable law and the terms of the underlying model provider.
4. Prohibited use
- Uploading or reproducing content without necessary rights.
- Impersonating real people, cloning voices without authorization or misleading others about origin.
- Attempting to copy protected melodies, lyrics, brands or visual works.
- Illegal, abusive, deceptive, exploitative or harmful activity.
- Automated abuse, account sharing, resale of credits or bypassing technical limits.
5. Generated output
AI output can contain errors, unexpected artifacts or unclear pronunciation. You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing, distributing or using it commercially.
6. Payment, taxes and changes
When paid checkout opens after store activation, Lemon Squeezy will act as merchant of record and will display the final price, applicable taxes, order contents and payment terms before confirmation. We may restrict access for abuse, fraud, chargebacks, policy violations or security risk. Material pricing or credit changes will be disclosed before a new purchase.
